A challenging yet popular out and back trail. Approx 4.8 km, 3-6 hours depending on fitness level. Its a good idea to have your map downloaded as its easy to go off the trail in some parts. Amazing views of Ha Ling Peak and Spray Valley.

An easy walk from town. The trail follows along the Bow River and is a mix of gravel and pavement. Enjoy a walk across the historic Engine Bridge. Wheelchair accessible.
